I was thinking of making Donna’s Runaway Bride costume for Dragoncon.
That’s NOT the 4th costume I had in mind; but it would be cheaper and quicker to make. It’s going in the maybe pile for now – I’ll see how things are looking in July.
I’d definitely make it instead of buying something; it would be an easy two day project for the basics, and then some beading. I’m NOT going looking for the actual dress – while I think it’s cool to own the exact same thing someone had on tv, I’m too lazy to hunt for things like that… and I obviously like to sew, so there you go.
I think I’ve finally decided how I’m doing my Romana I pleats. I ended up not working on it after work yesterday, so I’m going to try to get one side done tonight. I’ll add pics tomorrow if I get to it!
